  • Damiano Innocenti had practical experience in creating shoes, since he worked in the family shoe company in his youth;
  • Alessandro Zanobini became the "marketing inspirer" and suggested working in the casual style, creating sneakers and trainers;
  • Tommaso Santoni became the financial director, since he had extensive experience in management and administration;
  • Emiliano Paci - creative inspirer, permanent designer of the brand with experience of cooperation with the Escada brand.
